Captivate 6/7 and iPad video playback

Hi guys

Sorry I am posting this as a last resort as I am starting to get pretty frustrated with Captivate and iPad!

I have a bunch of courses with videos in them.  I've got them all working just fine on PC (Captivate on PC is actually really great!  Kudos!) however I just can't get them to work properly on iPad.

I can get the courses to show up fine on iPad, however the videos won't play at all...

They are from a RTMP stream and are all FLV's.  I've encoded them using Adobe Media Encoder, using the following settings...This aparently should work!  I have followed the very scare documentation that is actually out there for this product...

However, when I try and load a course with one of the videos in it, I get this screen, and it just sits there and never actually loads the video...

These are my publish settings from Captivate...

I have also disabled click sounds on the project itself.  The project is the native iPad 2 resolution.

My Captivate version is 6.0.1.240.

I would love to hear some ideas as to why this isn't working, and even how to troubleshoot it!  Like I said, Captviate is a great product when it's working, when it's not though, it really feels like you're on your own!  For a product costing almost $1000AUD I really would expect some better documentation, especially for using it on mobile devices, as that's mainly what people using Cpativate 6 & 7 will be upgrading for!

Appreciate any tips, hints, etc though!

Many thanks!

Evan
