Captivate 5.5 scorm 2004 does not reporting completions if I close it in-between

Hi guyz,

I have created the captivate slides file in which it runs simply like a video. And I have set up the SCROM 2004 compliant settings in captivate 5.5 itself. After publishing it and  i am using SCORM CLoud to test the package.

The package get loaded easily and runs smoothly.

Now the problem arises here, when I stop the video in-between and closes, it doesnot shows the completion status like whether it is 25% completed or 75% completed.

Tried a lot, but hard luck till now.

Please help and suggest me, now running short of time.
