We are using both Captivate 5 and 7.
Our LMS (Cornerstone) supports Captivate's "Resume" setting if we publish the course as SCORM 2004. Good news!
The Resume function works great when the learner exits the course and returns later. (Even if she does it multiple times.) And the LMS correctly tracks that the learner has, in fact, viewed 100 percent of the slides. More good news!
The problem is that after the learner reaches the last slide of the course and closes the course, when she returns later, the course opens on the last page (instead of the first page). We would like the course to re-start on slide 1 once the learner has completed the course. In Captivate 7, I tried the setting "Set exit to normal after completion," but it didn't cause the course to open on slide 1.
Is there any way to get the course to open to slide 1 after the learner has completed the course? (In Captivate 5 or 7?)
