Hi! I use Captivate to produce courses for an online business I own. When clients post their results, it’s to an internal server not an LMS. I started with version 5 in 2011 and had no problems until this February, and then it was with just one specific course not creating an XML file when clients posted their quiz results (it had been posting properly for the previous 18 months but suddenly stopped). I eventually rebuilt the course from scratch, but that did not solve the problem either. A couple of months ago, I upgraded to version 7 and edited all my existing courses saving them in version 7. Since then, not one of them consistently creates an XML file, and even then it’s very, very rare when they do. I have not yet finished building a new course in version 7. I chatted with a representative yesterday about this issue (case #0184711825), but those changes did not solve the problem. The website is written in Cold Fusion and sits on a Lenux server. Any ideas?
