Captivate 6 - App Packager Issues

I have Captivate 6 for Mac and have had nothing but issues with this software.   I am trying to insert an html interaction into my html5 course.  When I import the course in the app packager, the slide previews are blank.  I figured that maybe something in my course was not playing nicely with the app packager, so I created a blank test course, and the same happened.  I inserted my interaction into the test course, published it, and put it on my web server.  The interaction did not show up.  Has anyone ever heard of this or have any suggestions?  I have uninstalled/reinstalled the software three times now and have installed every update/patch that I have found.  Please help!  Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
