Video as background

I would like a video to be playing in the background, across multiple screens, with interactions taking place on top.

I can get the video to play across screens, but it is alway on top, even though I selected Send to Back for every screen.

Is there a way to do this?  It does not appear that this is working properly, since I selected Send to Back for the video.
