Hi all,
Two days ago, I downloaded a trial version of captivate 7. After a couple of days I decided to contract an annual subscription. After payment, I download the files, reinstall, and launch the program, then access the licensing area to activate the full version, hoping that there my ID would be recognised and the subscription would subsitute the trial. Instead, a screen shows me the boxes for entering the serial number. I have not receive any captivate serial number and honestly I was not expecting to, as this is a subscription.
I have checked my control panel in adobe.com and the subscription is there to be seen as the invoice is. Apparently no problem in that area.
What can I do?
