I have a released module that previously built and ran in HTML5 using AICC to communicate with the LMS.
The performance on an iPAD was less than perfect... but at least it ran.
I have tried unsuccessfully to retest the module under 7.0.1 to evaluate what improvements there are to html5/iPAD deployment.
The first hurdle was to even build the module... but this was addressed in another thread http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1341091
The ONLY change I have made to this module between 7.0 and 7.0.1 is to adjust the publish quality settings to HIGH (as recomended in the other thread as a work around).
The released version of the module will upload to SCORM Cloud and run.
The newly published version (7.0.1) does not run on SCORM cloud.
I get a black screen without the arrow to click on to start the module.
I edited the index.html file to enable the debug window. The window shows, but has no content written to it.
Eyeballing the 7.0. and 7.0.1 index.hrml files they have significant diferences.
It is beyond me to guess what has been changesd that has stopped HTML5 / AICC projects running.
(BTW I am delivberately checking the module on SCORM Cloud because it does not have any cross domain AICC issues).
For me, the 7.0.1 upgrade has been a disaster and I may have to uninstall it (is that possible?) to publish for my client.
