We are not getting the results we expected in our LMS, so I set up a quiz to send data to Acrobat.com. That works fine, and the data I get is correct, but I am not getting everything I expect.
First of all, the documenation is very poor, in that it does not tell me what data I can expect. For example, the following from the user guide is not helpful. In fact, I would be embarrassed to have written it.
"Interaction Data Report user interaction data, for example, the questions attempted by users, and the answer provided them."
What user interaction data? Give me a detailed list of all the data that is, or can be, sent. That is just basic documenation.
The Quiz Results Analyzer gives me some information, but not all the information it sends to the LMS (e.g. not the percentage correct) and it does not give me information on each question (response chosen, correct response) which I expect (this is neither in the LMS nor Acrobat). I selected Send Data On Every Slide with the expectation that I would get this.
