Captivate swf file size issue

Hi,

I am having a one hour learning developed in captivate and when published the swf file size is about 100 MB.

I have already applied the compression techniques to images and audio.

Is there a way I can split the swf in multiple smaller pieces which will load one after the other as desired?

Please help.
