In Captivate 7 I am publishing my module as a swf, Flash 10 and I select the option of "scalable html content".
When people access this module through our LMS within our network it works fine and the module scales properly depending on the screen size and resolution.
Sometimes, when people access the module outside our network it looks like the attached photo.
It is a combo of Windows and Macs accessing the material outside of our network. I thought it was our external network server but it does work for some people outside our network. The problem ONLY exists for modules that "scalable html content" is selected.
I can replicate the problem on my home laptop running Windows. I have Flash 11 installed at home.
I don't even know "next steps" to test. Any suggestions?
