Cp not advancing to the next slide

Hello, I'm using Cp6 and have created a cptx file with a title slide, an Introduction slide which introduces the assessment, and 6 assessment question slides (1 True/False and 5 Multiple choice).

When I publish the cptx file for SWF/HTML5/PDF and play the swf file in IE9, it loads fine, displays the title slide and Introduction slide.  I have included a smart shape button named START that the learner clicks to begin the assessment. It is set up to Go to the next slide On Success.  The next slide is the first quiz question, a True/False question.

Any suggestions on how to get this to work and advance to the first slide in the assessment?
