Special characters replaced by underscores in DB

Hi all. I published a project using CP7. This project includes answers reporting because I have to generate some report about questions and answers.

To do that I take from LMS Saba Database the value Captivate put in cmi_interaction composed by Interaction ID + Question text.

Here's my issue: every space character or special character (e.g.: è, é, ù, ') are all replaced by underscores.

For example, the question: l’innovation dans les processus/produits conformément à la stratégie? becomes l_innovation_dans_les_processus/produits_conform_ment__la_strat_gie

This is a Captivate problem because using other quizzing tools that DB field seems correct.

Is there some solution in CP like importing character set or something similar?
