Video won't launch on button click :(

Hi,

I hope you can help me. I have spent many hours trying to fix this.

I would like a button to launch a video in an external window when clicked.

I have changed the button Action to 'Open URL or File' and Browsed to the location (I put the video in the Published folder). In the dropdown, I choose 'New' so that a new browser window opens.

I then publish and open the Captivate swf.

When I click on the button, it doesn't launch the video. Instead, I get the error:

"Windows Internet Explorer

Cannot find

........./Users/Desktop/Desktop/Published/.....

Make sure the path or Internet Address is correct."

Can a button not launch a video, only e.g. pdf? Or is it because it is an Mp4 not flv?
