How do I clear radio buttons?

I'm using the radio button interaction; all the buttons start off blank, but as soon as you select one, there has to be at least one selected.  How do I clear them all again?  (I'm using them to allocate a value to a variable; without going into details, trust me I don't want to introduce an extra button that allocates zero to the variable.)
