Hi, I am using the Web Object Interaction to pull in a HTML5 video from a HTML5 file I have set up on my server.
The reson I have done this is because I wanted the HTML5 browser native control player to work with my videos. (Adobe captivate 7.0.1 curently dosent include the browser native control attribute upon publish for HTML5 Videos). This needs to be added.
Everything works fine when previewing the video in Captivate 7.0.1. However when I publish the HTML5 project out the Web Object interaction fails to work and a repeating loading icon appears over the slide that has the Web Object interaction on.
Does anyone know if there are any issues or bugs with this widget interaction in HTML5? Also I am going to publish this project to Phone Gap Build. Will the Web Object Interacton pull in a web page with the HTML5 video if the iPad or mobile device is conected to the internet?
Again I am doing it this way as Phone Gap Build has a 15mb upload limit and if I were to progresivly include my videos in my HTML5 project the file size is way to big to upload the cloud.
An alternative would be to use YouTube widget but that also seem to have issues on HTML5 export.
Thanks,
Oliver
