Published e-learnings won't re-open in LMS!

Hi,

 

I'm currently using captivate 5.5. but is about to upgrade to 7 (so I hope my problem will be solved by doing that). We are currently also switching to a new LMS.

 

The problem:

 

I have produced an e-learning and published it to my LMS as a scorm 1.2. file. The first time I open it in the LMS it works fine (and sometime even 2,3,4,5 times), but suddenly I can't view the e-learning anymore! The start screen of the e-learning is merely covered in transperant grey. The same is true for my users- once they have opened an e-learning a couple if times it won't start again. It works if I change browser (but yet again only a few times), and if I change location on the e-learning in the LMS (but yet again only a few times). Delete browsing history doesn't wotk either. My LMS provider doesn't see the problem since it all works fine for them- so it seems to be something with our internal computer environment. My solution right now is to publish in the LMS- do neccesray changes, then re-post in a different location and cross my fingers that none of my users will try to view the e-learning twice. :-S

 

My question:

 

Some time ago I found a great guide with 5 (?) steps/suggestions on how to solve this issue. It included delete browser history etc.. but also some steps that needed to be taken by the one hosting you LMS. Unfortunately I can't find that guide right now (and was stupid enough not to save it) and it would come in handy when I upgrade to CP 7 and switch LMS. Does anyone know what I can do to solve my problem or can offer a link to the guide I know exist somewhere?
