I created interactive assessments with click boxes using Captivate 7.0.1 (Mac OS 10.9.1). The final slide is a quiz reporting slide and for some of our learners, the quiz slide is reporting incorrect information. While the learner gets the questions correct (clicks in the right area) the quiz reporting slide reports one point per correct click. This results in a failing grade for the learner and the failing score is reported to the LMS. This issue happens randomly and not for all learners. It also spans mutiple interactive assessments.
I've set up each correct click as a 10 point action, while incorrect clicks are scored as 0. The quiz reporting slide, though, indicates single digit scores (which should be impossible based on the scoring) and also shows the quiz was attempted 39 times, when in reality it was the first attempt.
