Hi,
First I can't run my e-Learning Suite, particularly Captivate 5.5, when I try to run it, a square box jus saying "Adobe Captivate!" appears on screen. It begins to happen since I updated to Mavericks, and I realized that sometimes many other of my bundles are not working properly. I'm kind of desperate because I can't run it and I can't reinstall it, I don't know if I have two different accounts or something like that beacuse I can't see the downlable option to reinstall e-Learning Suite. I also don't know what is happening with your page, but since you've been attacked I just can't access "as normaly" to my account, I'm not sure but I type several times my user ID and password and I never log in and just my info desappear! It's just frustrating that we (costumers) can't find some help about it.
I've experiencing lot of problems, please I really need help to restablish wathever is happening to my account and I REALLY NEED TO WORK IN MY E-LEARNING SUITE.
In Captivate, sadly nothing else happen, just that square message and then just crash.
