We created a SCORM 2004 ver. 4 course using Captivate 7.1, but now that we are having it hosted on our LMS (it used to be Plateau), unless the person has at least Java version 1.7 update 40 or newer, the course will not finish successfully.
The LMS states that our students can have either Java 1.6 or Java 1.7 loaded on their PC and the course should work fine.
I opened a case with our LMS yesterday, but just got a quick note this morning that they will be glad to help me, and then nothing!
Has anyone else run into a Java level requirement from their LMS when running a SCORM 2004 ver. 4 course?
We will be sending this course to another 2,000 students on Monday followed by another 2,000 the next day, so I am running into a time crunch in trying to figure this out.
