We are getting a large number of Communication Errors between our online SCORM course and our LMS.
A number of the people from Adobe have told us that we should go into the Captivate (7) template and increase the default timeout setting to up to a minute or 2 so that the course has more time to communicate with the LMS as it gets to a new slide. The problem is that they did not tell me how to change this default setting in the template.
Does anyone one know where this default setting for communication timeout is in the Captivate template and how to reset it to some time larger than about 15 seconds?
