Captivate 7 open another project

Hi,

I am creating few different quiz projects with different level of difficulties in SCORM 2004.

I want to have a trigger in one of the questions to another project.

I want after their third attempt in one specific question, direct them to another set of questions (project).

However, this seems not possible in SCORM!

Is there any possible way that I can make this achievable?
