Captivate 7 32 bit version vs. 64 bit

Hi,

I have created many projects using Captivate 7 32 bit version. I'm thinking about installing the 64 bit version of Captivate 7 on Windows 7. Will there be any compatibility issues opening ad editing the files that were created with the 32 bit version on the 64 bit version of Captivate 7?

Also I have a coworker using Captivate 7 32 bit, will there be any problems collaborating on the projects using Captivate 7 64bit  and Captivate 7 32 bit?
