Hi everybody! I wonder if anyone has ever managed to fix the following character issue: whenever we select Characters on the Insert menu, a dialog box containing the characters does not appear. We have a required folder Characters in C:\Users\<user_name>\Documents\Adobe\eLearning Assets\Characters. We’re currently using Adobe Captivate 6.0 (Version 6.0.1.240).
Does anyone know the most possible reason of this issue? As we know characters are included in the standard package, they should work but they don’t. Thanks!
