I have an online lesson built in Captivate 6 on Windows XP. It is fairly long, so a couple reviewers insisted that I allow users to be able to return to where they were if they had to stop mid-lesson. They also wanted to be sure users didn't just open the lesson and close it without viewing any of the content. The only way I could find to do this was to enable quiz reporting for the project. I published in AICC because it has seemed easier to republish when SMEs want to tweak the course after it's published. The screenshot below shows the settings I'm using.
The lesson does not have any quiz questions, but users are calling to ask why they are receiving 37 points.
Has anyone else experienced this? I may be going about this in the stupidest way possible, so I'm quite open to other suggestions. Thanks.
