Cap6 publish to mp4 is grainy and pixelated

Hi again,

I had posted before regarding the choppy lines through certain parts of my video demos (see here: http://forums.adobe.com/message/5343619#5343619)  I still have not found a solution to the issue there, but am seeing some screen resolution changes upon publishing.

This screenshot has the Captivate file open and the mp4 open on the same screen.  You can see the exact same screen to compare.

I'm looking for any thoughts on what might be causing this.
