I have the subscription version of Captivate 6.1 I and my developer are consistently experiencing problems copying and pasting. I'm grabbing content from a powerpoint presentation and also web pages. For example, I create a text caption in Captivate. Then I copy some text from PowerPoint to my clipboard. Then I click in the textbox and paste. Everything works great. When this action is repeated, it'll paste the previous contents of the clipboard, NOT the new content. This seems to happen randomly. I've tried clearing the project cache. No joy. Closing and reopening the project. No luck. In the past I've deleted my captivate preferences file and it worked, but this is a terrible work around since I then have to go an reset all my default fonts and other settings. My developer had to do a complete reinstall to fix the issue. Obviously, neither is a good solution. We're dead in the water without the ability to copy and paste. Has anyone else experienced this behavior? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Sherri
