Video's Audio prevalence while using the forward button.

I'm working on a eLearning project which have a few modules and some of them uses video running within the timeline but if I press the "forward" button (the default navigation menu) to skip to the next section, while the video is running, most of the time it keeps playing the video's audio in the next slide and is spliced ​​with the current slide's audio

Any ideas about how to be sure that captivate stops the current video before jumping to the next slide?
