Can we customize TOC outside Captivate so that we can enhance the design

Hi Everyone,

I have a project in which I have to create an interactive video. But the client wants to enhance the view of the table of contents. Captivate allows us to do same to some extent.

Can we control and enhance the view/interactivity in "Table of Contents" outside the Captivate?

Please help...
