Help with Quiz setup

I have been looking at the quiz settings and was wondering if it is possible bot deactivate the buttons for specific slides. We use the blank theme and the buttons are clear, back, skip, and submit. I would like to have the back button "greyed out" or deactivated on the first quiz page so that the user cannot go back into the module to search for the answer but I don't want to delete it as it will throw off the symetry of the buttons. I am not great with advanced actions but can do them if I have good instructions, so if that is what it takes I can work with that.

A second question is, the setup has a skip option which, as you know, allows the user to skip the question and go to the next one. Is there a way to allow the user to skip the question and have the score reflect that. Example, there are 10 questions in the quiz. The user answers 8 of the questions but skips two. I would like to have the score page read. You got 7 correct 1 inccorect skipped 2.

Hope this makes some sense and thanks in advance for the help. You guys are great!!
